Pro Tips

1. Phones that do not have a full-featured Type C port require an adapter to connect (iPhone needs a lightning to HDMI adapter).

2. Please check if the Type-C port of your device is a full-featured Type C port. If not, Arzopa portable monitor will not be compatible with it.

3. HDMI port does not support power transmission. The monitor must be connected to an extra power supply if you use HDMI/mini DP port for connection.

4. If the monitor appears to flicker or restart when adjusting the brightness or others, please check whether the power supply is sufficient for the monitor.

5. When connecting to a Nintendo switch, it is necessary to supply power to the monitor with the switch's original adapter.

• Connection Condition This monitor does not have a built-in battery. Before connecting the monitor, Please make sure there is enough power(5V/3A OR ABOVE) input.
• LAPTOP (With Type-C) If you want to adjust the brightness and volume above 80%, pllease make sure the external power supply of 5V/3A or above be connected. Not all laptops with a Type-C port can work with ARZOPA monitor. Please check the Type-C port of your laptop if t ssupports audio and video signal transmission.
• 
   PC / Laptop (With HDMI Port) *HDMI port does not support power transmission. So when you use HDMI connection, you must connect extra power supply (5V/3A or above).
