These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of piandfi.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.
The Site is operated by Piandfi (“Piandfi”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and any other policies referenced on the Site.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

2. Online Store Terms
By using this Site or placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity required under applicable law to enter into a binding contract.
You may not use our Site, products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorised purpose.
You must not attempt to introduce viruses, malicious code or other technologies intended to damage, interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the Site or related systems.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site where reasonably necessary to protect Piandfi, our customers or our systems.
3. Products & Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices and other information displayed on our Site are accurate and up to date.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device, lighting and display settings.
Product packaging, accessories or minor design details may occasionally change where this does not materially alter the product purchased.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where a product is faulty, materially different from its description or otherwise does not conform to your contract.
4. Third-Party Branded Products
Piandfi may sell both Piandfi™ products and products manufactured or branded by third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, third-party trademarks, brand names and product names belong to their respective owners.
The sale of a third-party branded product by Piandfi does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with that brand beyond the commercial relationship, if any, applicable to the product.
Any Piandfi™ commercial warranty offered by us is separate from any manufacturer's commercial warranty and does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
5. Prices
Prices are displayed on the Site in the applicable currency and are subject to change from time to time.
Any taxes included or charged will be displayed as required by applicable law and according to the circumstances of the transaction.
Changing a product's price does not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where permitted by applicable law in cases such as an obvious pricing or technical error.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
6. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.
After placing your order, you may receive an automated confirmation acknowledging that we have received it.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
- Product unavailability
- Obvious pricing or product-information errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions
- Payment failure
- Unusual quantities suggesting unauthorised resale
- Delivery restrictions
- Other circumstances where fulfilling the order would violate applicable law
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

8. Shipping & Delivery
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are displayed on our Site or during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including customs procedures, carrier delays, severe weather or other disruptions.
Once available, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your shipment.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights relating to delivery. Under EU consumer rules, where no different delivery time has been agreed, goods should generally be delivered within 30 days.
9. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Depending on the destination and fulfilment method, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges.
Where such charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authorities or carrier.
Piandfi does not control charges imposed independently by customs or other authorities.
Where duties or taxes have already been collected from you at checkout for the relevant shipment, you will not be asked by Piandfi to pay those same collected charges again.

10. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Eligible consumers may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase.
For consumers covered by EU consumer law, this generally includes the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason, subject to applicable exceptions.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer may be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods where they have been properly informed of this before purchase and where permitted by applicable law.

11. Faulty or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@piandfi.com or through our Live Chat.
We recommend reporting issues discovered on delivery within 10 days so we can investigate and resolve them quickly.
This 10-day notification request does not limit your statutory rights or applicable legal guarantee.
Consumers purchasing goods in the EU generally benefit from a minimum 2-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
12. Piandfi™ Product Warranty
Where stated on the product page or accompanying documentation, products may also be covered by a 2-Year Piandfi™ Product Warranty.
The Piandfi™ warranty may cover eligible manufacturing defects and product faults occurring under normal use.
Unless otherwise required by law or expressly included in the applicable warranty terms, the commercial warranty does not cover issues resulting from:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Water or liquid damage
- Improper use or care
- Unauthorised repairs, alterations or modifications
- Normal wear and tear
The Piandfi™ commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not replace or reduce, mandatory statutory rights. EU guidance expressly distinguishes additional commercial warranties from the minimum legal guarantee.
13. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Approved refunds are issued in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
Where a valid EU right of withdrawal applies, the rules regarding reimbursement, standard outbound delivery costs, return shipping and diminished value will apply as required by law.
A customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

14. Promotions, Discounts & Offers
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, gifts, bundles or other promotional offers.
Promotions may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the offer, including eligibility requirements, validity periods and product exclusions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to correct genuine technical errors or misuse relating to promotional offers, subject always to applicable consumer law.
15. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, including the Piandfi™ name, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text and other materials created or owned by Piandfi, are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or use Piandfi-owned content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and other intellectual property displayed on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
16. Reviews, Comments & User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to us or through our Site, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not infringe the rights of another person.
You must not knowingly submit false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive or fraudulent content.
Where you provide content for publication, you grant Piandfi the permissions reasonably necessary to display and use that content in connection with our Site and services, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property laws.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
17. Third-Party Services & Links
Our Site may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, payment providers, social networks or other services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of independent third-party websites.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
18. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Site:
- For unlawful or fraudulent activities
- To violate the rights of Piandfi or another person
- To distribute malware or malicious code
- To attempt unauthorised access to our systems
- To scrape or collect personal information unlawfully
- To interfere with Site security or functionality
- To impersonate another person or submit intentionally false information
- For any activity prohibited by applicable law
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary in response to misuse.
19. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep our Site available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

In particular, nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty or non-conforming products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Piandfi will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
For customers acting in the course of a business, additional limitations may apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we process it, who we may share it with and the rights available to you.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
23. Governing Law & Consumer Rights
These Terms and contracts entered into through the Site are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections that apply to you under the laws that cannot contractually be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek remedies or dispute resolution available under applicable consumer law.
24. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, Site, services or applicable legal requirements.
Any updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen under an existing purchase where applicable law does not permit this.
